Oh I have to disagree, having changed offices and now being out in Docklands (I'm yet to find a Benji's in Docklands so if someone knows of one please let me know) I miss their sausage torpedos (oo-er) a great deal. Great start to a working day!

So Matt, you could say that whilst you can take the boy out of Shoebury........

Have you tried Bene Bene's? they have the same sort of range as Benjys and rumour has it that it was to be a Benjys but Canary wharf deemed it too downmarket. Bene benes popped up with sausage, bacon torpedos etc. Same sort of price too so make your own mind up.

Personally I like their toasted bacon and egg sandwich for two quid.

Who makes their own soup?

I'm very much into making zucchini soup at the moment. Mrs. OS' parents grow a lot of stuff and sometimes I feel like I'm in an episode of 'The Good Life'

. I get bundles of whatever fresh produce is in season and have to think of ways to use it.

Zucchini soup is the in thing right now.
