Oh, no.  I have them hand-made by TBMs I've had especially imported from Pitsea...

Seriously, two thoughts:

1. I have a Scottish girlfriend, so "Scotch Broth" is, oddly enough, not seen as that "snobbish" around our way.

2. Leeks & Potatoes... yeah, they're always thought of as really snobbish vegetables, especially in Wales & Ireland respectively...

Actually my fav soup of all time is Tom Yum Goong. But if you are talking Heinz then it has to be Mulligatawny!!

Just to clarify for anyone that doesn't know, Chicken Pot Pie is a type of soup from a rather nice sandwich shop chain in London.

I think if you looked back at Blue Missy's original post it does include the said establishment's name. So next time you are in London pop along to 'EAT' they are quality sandwich shops, I love their Eggs Benedict for brekkie.
