I rang this morning to find out what is going on because I don't want to lose my seat (not least because I sit next to my dad and a very good friend) and managed, by the end of the morning when I had to go to a meeting, to get down to number 5 in the queue, having started at number 9.
I then rang the reception to explain the situation. The lady passed on my details to the ticket office, and I have still not had a response. All I want is confirmation that they have received my form and that they will not be selling my seat to someone else.

I did the same last week. Having never been a season ticket holder before I wanted to assess my options but simply couldn't get through by phone so drove from Watford and was fortunate to find the ticket office virtually empty. The lady there was very helpful and persuaded me I'd still get a very decent seat if I applied asap.
