Think Hall has been outstanding in his last two games but quite unpredictable and has disappeared during a lot of his other games. He's 23 now and is starting to show what he is all about. Needs to stay out of trouble, which has haunted his career so far. He was booted out of Arsenal, Tottenham and Palace only to end up at Bromley and now here. He has a fantastic opportunity to now settle down and show us what he's got.

I feel that PS hasn't given him enough pitch time so far this season, maybe because he feels he's not quite ready or indeed he still needs to grow up, whatever the reason, if he continues his current form he can progress from Southend.

Probably our only 'flair' player.

Yesterday in the gym I was watching SSN and saw that Hall's goal from the weekend was 5th in their Top 5 goals from the Football League that week. Well done Ryan!

His dead ball deliveries from corners, free kicks etc.. have been quite superb lately.

Im sure he will get better, which can only be a good thing for us.

yeah deffinately he has improved a lot since signing. he's started showing how much he's improved in the last couple months. before that you could see he had something but he needed work.

I still feel he needs to work on beating his man as this is what he lacks at at the moment.

Would agree with that.

Once he starts doing this on a consistent basis, and continues to put good balls into the box he will be quite some player.

He hasn't played That many games at this level so im sure he will only improve

Yeah I think so too, he needs to add a few more goals to his game. But I reckon he'll be one that Sturrock deffinately looks to keep on come the end of the season.
