Rubbish VitalFootball Rumours...

just emailed them this little nugget:

I hear that ex-Southend striker Sada N'Diaye may be making a comeback for the Shrimpers. Sada is currently plying his trade in France, but wants to make a move back to the South Coast for League One football.

My source says: "If the pay is right, Sada's on his way. He's still got the pace, and is looking forward to scoring many goals in England".

It is well known that Sada's nephew runs a cafe in Leigh Broadway and there is hope that the entire N'Diaye family can be reunited.

Paul Napper, Southend

They will know this is a fake, as they will spot the deliberate mistake, that Southend is not on the South Coast. :p

Thought I'd continue the fun.....

"I have a source inside the club, who has told me that further to the imminent signing of veteran Andrew Cole, two further veteran Forwards could be on their way.

Southend have approached ex Newcastle striker Faustino Asprilla, but he has insisted that his former national captain Carlos Valderrama be brought with him as a replacement for beleaguered manager Steve Tilson after his failure to build on the promotion squad from two years ago.

Chairman Ron Martin has been spotted at a local airport by a close friend, reportedly ready to fly to Columbia to discuss terms"

Surely I won't get a response........

that story about puncheon would be great news if true, doesn't sound much like a joke story to me either...

My shoddy attempt at an e-mail, it's all for a laff really.

I'm a Southend season ticket holder, and have a contact in Dave the kitman. Please do not post his name up as I'm sure this will result in some sort of punishment down at Roots Hall, possibly having to collect the teams kits on matchdays, wash them and even dry them.

The rumour I wish to disclose is one of seemingly unrealistic extents but according to Dave, after some enquiries he found it to be true. He says that Steve Tilson and Paul Brush are soon to leave Southend, and apply for adoption. They wish to create a new life in cornwall with a young lad to father.

Now if this does turn out to be true, then the next step is for Kevin Maher to take over the reigns. It is said that Ron Martin, Southend chairman was displeased at the long serving captain being released recently.

If you wish to give Dave a direct call, then his number is: 7777-44-777-444-6-7-33-777-9999-666-66-33.

I'll let him know that he should be expecting a call.

Regards,

Fred.

I do realise this has no humour involved and may offend the gay community, if so, I humbly apologise.

:D

These are quality lads. Of course had to jump on the bandwagon.

Having spent travelling the world for several years now I have good sources in most countries. One particular in Iran who has mentioned that at his local club a Southend Scout has been spotted looking over the youth team and in particular Iranian 17 year old wonder kid - Lrak Diugud Asi Reknaw. This young starlet is supposed to be the Iranian Ronaldo and is keen on a move to England. Current negotiations are in place with a possible player-swap involving Matt Harold. Suspect to see more news on this story within the next 24 hours.

VF.com = The fish.

Hook, line and sinker. Makes you wonder what their hit rate is - about 1-10,000?

erm. I think they have had you.....read the tag line at the end of the story with all your emails in!!

Some top stuff there, I'm sure you will agree and has kept everyone here at GowerTowers very amused all afternoon.

Keep them coming though boys and girls - southend@vitalfootball.co.uk

Although it looks like Vital Southend will have to stick to the real stories and transfer news.

Think they are humouring you.
