Just read the article. I wonder where the site was in Castle Point. New one on me. Maybe he was going to knock down his house and build a block of flats!

Judge Greenwood would remember Mr Martin from his many appearances in the Winding Up court. Not a great starting point for Ron. How Ron must have winced when his case was judged "completely hopeless". Or maybe not. Ron was always thick-skinned. Perhaps his creditors had other more colourful words to describe him!

He gave personal guarantees and I'm pretty certain the original judgement was winding up both MD and Ron - although I wasn't aware an individual can be wound up, at least in a financial sense
