Not so OBL, it’s just playing football was his buisness and that weren’t often, like a motor bike with no handle bars. It’s almost like people think players get serious injuries on purpose?
They probably don’t but Christ we certainly get a bucket load at roots hall every season picking up a wage spending there time out injured !It’s almost like people think players get serious injuries on purpose?
Would of just gone in Ron's expenses for dinner one night.shame we didn’t get rid earlier and got a few grand - didn’t Scunny offer £5K ?
You must spend fortunes on petrol Steve!I would have driven there myself! Absolutely milked the club out of wages and was always injured!! Good riddance.
I reckon they'll release him but I still think there's a player there. Made a decent contribution in the limited match minutes he had.No surprise really. Seems like a very early decision made from management assuming all goes well with a takeover.
Wreh to stay another year possibly?
Spot on it’s was a shame, if his ex team mate didn’t target him in January 2022, he would end up with 20 plus goals in the league for us that season. An intelligent player and a really nice bloke. Wasn't his fault one of his ex team mates made him a target which started a long spell on the sidelines.
He would always spend lots of time talking to people at JB events, when some players couldn't wait to get away. Also remember him clearly at Bromley warming up on the touchline in front of the Bromley fans and protecting a young fan from a fast moving ball heading straight for her. Little things like that go a long way in this world, and I wish him all the very best.
What's bonkers? Was on a bonkers salary.. the least biggest surprise of the summer
I am surprised he didn’t move to Chelmsford City, they must be one of the favourites to go up.Shame as I liked Murphy, must be such a horrible striker to play against. Injuries really did hamper him here and I wish him well for the future.
No doubt a top earner at the club and the management team wouldn’t want him in the physio room for 3/4 of the season again.
Good luck Rhys go smash them goals in at Yeovil
