Breaking News Rhys Murphy joins Yeovil

I’d rather have a good player who is available most games but arrogant, more points on the tally.

No surprise really. Seems like a very early decision made from management assuming all goes well with a takeover.

Wreh to stay another year possibly?

An intelligent player and a really nice bloke. Wasn't his fault one of his ex team mates made him a target which started a long spell on the sidelines.

He would always spend lots of time talking to people at JB events, when some players couldn't wait to get away. Also remember him clearly at Bromley warming up on the touchline in front of the Bromley fans and protecting a young fan from a fast moving ball heading straight for her. Little things like that go a long way in this world, and I wish him all the very best.
Spot on 👍🏻 it’s was a shame, if his ex team mate didn’t target him in January 2022, he would end up with 20 plus goals in the league for us that season.

Good luck to the scarecrow (out standing in his field), if he can keep away from any more nasty injuries he'll get you 20 goals per season.

Shame as I liked Murphy, must be such a horrible striker to play against. Injuries really did hamper him here and I wish him well for the future.

No doubt a top earner at the club and the management team wouldn’t want him in the physio room for 3/4 of the season again.

Good luck Rhys go smash them goals in at Yeovil
I am surprised he didn’t move to Chelmsford City, they must be one of the favourites to go up.

Gutted for him and us that he was so plagued with injuries in his time here. The times I saw him I thought he was brilliant. An absolute ****house who knew this league inside out and knew where the onion bag was.

Right decision to let him go though. Hope he stays injury free now and gets Yeovil back up next season.
