Whilst UEFA dish out 32k fines to the likes of Lazio its never going to get sorted.
We have improved our game hugely over the last 20 years, other countries, including "developed" football countries like Spain and Italy still have big issues, not just the likes of the Eastern European and Balkan countries.
We do still have some issues but no where near the scale of before.
With regards to the Millwall case if its down to a few individuals making close up remarks then thats a case to prosecute thos individuals, its when its large scale chanting etc that the club/country need to be really punished. In Lazios case the club needed to be punished, and 32k is not a deterrent.
