A positive... Zaboub was able to run around a bit and lose some of his excess weight. He's a stone too Heavy. Might be 'match fit' by October.
 
Corr should definately be playing - showed plenty of passion and will at least win some headers. Great turn at the end when brought down on edge of box. Some great saves again by Morris, including one of the many one-on-one's when he got the faintest touch on a Marc Richards shot.

This was supposed to be a POSITIVE thread !

The team is not the one I would have chosen either as personally feel that Simpson should defiantly have started.
I would also have like to seen Mohsni get some playing time but we will never if the team we picked would have played any better.

So please look on the bright side just a few weeks ago it looked we could not even have a team fpor people to moan about !

not sure if Sainsburys decided to give SUFC a 5 million pound credit facility at very short notice - probably took a bit longer to sort out - and of course it takes a genius like RM to monetise the biggest retail site in Europe (Roots Hall, Southend, Essex) -

though its a bit of shame the blooming football club uses up so much money.....
 
This week in the Echo Sturrock said it will take him a while to establish his best team.

One positive from today is that the process to establish that has been greatly accelerated.
 
The 2 singing guys at the back of the family stand, who were probably both high/drunk. Made me chuckle a few times.
