Players leaving

blimey that's a bit of a surprise... we must MUST be freeing up space and wages for a striker

and on loan? i hate doubting T&B but in 3 games this season he has scored 3 goals

I agree with previous comments, Paynter should be kept. He is young and has scored at this level! He needs to be given a partner to play alongside and some regular first team action!

you are joking!!!

what does he do well ??

He is a shocking striker and only Tilly knows why he played the money for him!!

why would you hope its JCR he gives our attacks a bit of pace

Pace yes, but what assists does he actually have. He will beat two defenders two or three times then fail to deliver a telling cross. Two goals last season for an attacking midfielder is just not good enough. McCormack, Maher and gower all score more and contibute more assists.

agreed; personally i think there is a distinction between having pace and being a quick footballer. i reckon we break quicker down the left with gower because he is mentally quicker on the ball and uses it faster. jcr gives there defence plenty of time to regroup on the break cos he spends ages trying to skin the full back for the 3rd time.

he has all the skill IMO and so i would keep him to try and get him to use his talent... however i wouldn't keep him on the basis that he is fast

I think if Bradbury goes out on loan and Harrold starts tomorrow I seriously would start to worry about our chances this season!

And you wouldnt be alone with those worries.

Lets hope T&B have a decent forward about to put pen to paper and put the departure of Bradders into the background a little.

I would describe Bradders as best of a bad bunch, but still the fact that he has gone out on loan does suggest that there may be something in the pipeline, I wont hold my breath though.

If I recall they wanted silly money for a player who had not been tested in the league so we said no thanks or words to that effect.
Think his name is Williamson. Phone calls to my two Cambridge mates, say he is fantastic c half. He is also angry with camb management, for put high price on his head. Also only 19 years old, think its worth another stab.
