Either team I think will struggle. Hoof ball for the majority of the game. Best spell was when Chester bought the ball down on the deck. They've reverted to type since going down again.

Two poor teams. Will Scunny's new owners have the backing to strengthen for next season?

If not, then don't let there name as a former league side frighten anyone, especially not us.........

if we are still here next season.

Both will struggle to not be in a serious relegation battle. Hopefully it’s not our concern by that point.
Scunny seem like they are on the up. Getting better attendances than when they were in league 1 and 2. New owners (self proclaimed custodians) looking for a 5th investor too. Another club that have hit the reset button and seem to be coming back stronger. Could be a dark horse next year. Also, our overall record there is up there with our record at Morecambe 🤦

When i first looked at the playoffs, the dream Wembley tie was Southend v Oldham.
I really struggle to see Oldham beat York tonight, i think City win at a canter. Going to be very interesting, but having seen York City play us in what was a huge game at the time for both teams, they took us apart. I expect theyll do the same tonight. If Oldham do manage an upset, itll be a monumental win. I just cant see Oldham getting the ball off them. Cant wait to watch this game.

Glad that Scunny are coming back from the depths (like us) but the place itself is moribund, and I've done the ground. So, can only hope no Blue has to visit next season

Got very merry in the Wethers pre the 3-1, Hobsoninho encounter, post a lovely full english. Did get semi attacked by a scunny zombie pre match but was too ****ed to care. Was staying with a mate in Grimsby and were told by the coppers at the station to get on a train as Scunty ultras were on route but alas they never showed.

Not sure why but I think Oldham will nick a nervy win.

I don't know why but I fancy oldham too.

IF we beat FGR then I'd rather face oldham.

Two clubs who have been through it and come out the other side.

Bigger crowd too. I can see us taking 30k+

Travel wise York every time, super city
Football ⚽️ wise, York again, probably deserve it having been there all season

Should / when / if we get there-
Atmosphere -Oldham will bring a lot more fans
Either team would be tough to play against
