It's a tough call either way.

But for me if we do the business on Monday, Rochdale and then Forest Green is a more "favourable" route to Wembley, than facing Oldham and then York.

It almost feels made for a York v Southend final. With how they supported us with some donations and creating that really good bond with each other, only seems fitting. We'd also both take some great support too.

Just imagine if that was to happen, what a story! Was supposed to sign for us but couldn't because of the embargo. Scores 30 goals and ends up signing for us the following season. That is a very 'Southend-like' story!

with all that happened in the summer and the lengthened embargo, it wouldn't be any other way this season, however, next season, whatever division we are in.............................
