need to win the final 9 games to be in the playoffs, thats my thoughts anyway , too many draws our dowfall plus losing twice to Maidenhead.
That would give us 80 points and pushing top 3 let alone play-offs.

I think Saturday is a must must win though given the opposition, as losing would not only distance us another couple of points from 7th place, but also add another team in Eastleigh in between us and 7th.

Win games against Eastleigh (away), Oldham (home) both also in the hunt for the playoffs.

We play 3 of the current bottom 4. Of which Boston look dangerous given their recent run of form under Coughlan. Ebbsfleet and Wealdstone should hopefully be dead and buried by the time we play them so nothing to play for except pride (still very dangerous)

Sutton and Solihull should be gearing up for beach mode knowing that they are safe from relegation but too far out of the picture for promotion

Braintree will want to avenge the New Years day defeat, especially in front of i'd imagine a bumper crowd

Makes the Gateshead game last game of the season looking potentially pivotal

Good shout re: Gateshead I think. We only need to get 4 points more than them to overtake them with a win on the final day, and they are on a shocking run of form at the moment.

I fancy them to join us, Altrincham and Eastleigh in the final place scrap, with Oldham, Halifax and Rochdale taking 4th to 6th.

Tamworth could also sneak in as they are making a late push and have Gateshead, Eastleigh and Altrincham all to play.

GSM will probably go down in the History of SUFC as the RB / RWB to have scored the most goals in one season for SUFC ever.
probably, best I can think of is Alan Moody (although not always RB ) (and most of them penalties if I remember correctly)

44 goals in 504 appearances over 12 years (if I've got that right)

Keep an eye on Gateshead. I said a few weeks ago that they weren't out of being caught. They lost to Aldershot 3-1 in their previous match. Whilst Maidenhead at home in their next fixture seems 'easy', they are scrapping for their survival in the league. If Gateshead lose that, nerves will start to creep in.
I said this last Wednesday and it looks as though nerves are indeed creeping in.

I've done an acca tonight and backed Braintree at 4-1 to beat them. Great price.

Sadly I think you're right. Just too much to make up on other good sides, some with games in hand. Maybe 7 wins and a draw could sneak us in, but to be sure it would take the full 9 wins. And that ain't happening.
