I'm not so sure. They gained only one point last night and haven't won in five games. I reckon they'll be lucky to get seven points from their next four matches against Barnet, Tamworth, Altrincham and Gateshead.
Well, so far they have gained one point from two of those four matches. The Altrincham game today is a Trophy match so I should add their fifth match which is.... at Halifax.

Honestly not looking at anyone else tbh. We have to do our job and win those games. Having said that we have 13 games left I think we need to win 9/10 of those to get that last play off place. As I said I’m not watching anyone else, well maybe I will if when there is 3/4 games left and we need 2 wins or something like that. i am a very hypercritical person by the way.

As your your known as Realist.....How about 8 wins and 3 draws. Thats 1 point above the 2 per game target and probably enough to see us in the top 7.

Altrincham have two games in hand, Halifax 1. We play Altrincham next week and we know how good we are at Saturday 3pm home games...
Well let's get through Tuesday and see. Saturday could be another huge game but only if we win against Woking.

That last minute goal will be huge in the changing room. We don't score away from home and have got two and we don't come back from losing often and have come back again. Things are going in the right direction. We have to laud that. It takes time.

Agreed buddy !!
Cmon you beautiful Shrimpers

After 34 games by my calculation our best run of wins is two and we’ve managed that just twice. There is absolutely no evidence we are capable of putting together the run required to reach the play offs unfortunately. That doesn't mean it can't happen.

We've done it twice

Dagenham and Fylde

Ebbsfleet and Braintree

Be very interesting if we did win the next 2 home games. Statically , although highly unlikely, if results went our way elsewhere, we would actually be in the play offs
But are we good enough to keep up a win, win, win sequence?
Also have hamstring issues now with Ralph and Coker, to wait and see on

Tuesday's games look tough for most of our rivals:

Eastleigh v Ebbsfleet. Eastleigh should win that.

Halifax v FGR. Halifax will do well not to lose.

Rochdale v Gateshead. Gateshead must be favourites with Rochdale's poor form.

York v Altrincham. Altrincham will surely lose.
