What about Gertcha by Chas n Dave?
Tottenham Hotspur couldn't get one in????

I like "Hey Baby". It's the ONLY time you hear the majority of people singing. Even the old codgers near me join in with the "OO AH".
When we have such a problem with trying to get people to join in with singing during the game why take away the only thing they do respond to?
Chelsea Dagger- The Fratellies. Worked well at Preston last season
Der, der, der, der, derrrrr, der, der, der, der, derrrr, der, der, der, der, der S, U, F, C!
(Repeat x 3)
Easy enough eh?
Goes down a treat at the darts, can see no reason why even the oldies wouldnt join in to this one.
Lets give it a go saturday, and dont forget to add the 'S, U, F, C' at the end!
Sorry that suggestion is awful.
Too tepid and no sing along ability.
Erm, I fear the gentle sarcasm in my comment was lost. I'm not adverse to change but 'like i say' (to coin a much loved phrase) I fear It would need more than a load of der der der's to garner the participance of more than the top corner of the west.
Gloucester has a valid point if we are trying to raise the level of noise at matches then taking away hey baby is not the way forward...yes its tacky but everyone sings it...personally its the only time i hear it as im not a fan of said song....Planet funk have a great catalogue of tunes in their arsenal catch the sun great for darts but is it really something we can all sing and get behind the team with......my guess is no.....i used to like the "get ready for this" tune they used to play before moulin r.
No probs, do you have a suggestion then sir?
Infact, all those opposed to this tune, please make an alternate suggestion?...
That's exactly the point I was making. Let's leave the goal celebration music the same and find another tune to sing for the rest of the game!Id rather it stayed as it is than changed to the one originally suggested above.
The fratellis tune is a good one as an alternative as at least the crowd would join in.
Lots dont like Hey Baby and Id certainly not have it on my iPod, but people do sing it and it keeps the goal celebration going longer than it would without music.
