Paul Sturrock was at Maldon Town’s play off final on Sunday and I have heard a ridiculous rumour that he may be taking over there next season. I think it’s highly unlikely personally but thought I’d post it in case it is true and I can then be all smug and say you heard it here first. I know the owner of the club is a Scottish ex-Dundee Utd player and supporter but that is the only link I can see.

Not sure how reliable the sources are but seeing a few tweets suggesting he could be about to take over at Forest Green Rovers.
 
Whoever bosses Forest Green next will have a very large budget to work with by conference standards.
