Paul Sturrock was at Maldon Town’s play off final on Sunday and I have heard a ridiculous rumour that he may be taking over there next season. I think it’s highly unlikely personally but thought I’d post it in case it is true and I can then be all smug and say you heard it here first. I know the owner of the club is a Scottish ex-Dundee Utd player and supporter but that is the only link I can see.

Looks like a few managers fancy getting their hands on Forest Green Rover's hefty war chest.

Kidderminster's Steve Burr is the favourite apparently with Forest Green having already approached Kiddy, although Terry Brown and even John Gregory are said to be, possibly in the frame with Sturrock.
