Over 3,000 season cards sold

I can't believe they bother with a credit check- after all if the payment stops they cancel the card- you pay in stages but then you can't attend all the games up front

It must be well over 3,500 season tickets sold by now.
When you go on the on-line ticket thing and select season tickets I cant believe how full some areas are compared to last season. Most of the East Stand is sold out to season ticket holders only about 100 seats left in the East Blacks and only a few single tickets left in Green, Red and Yellow sections (not including the blue section). There will be very few on the day league ticket sales for the East Stand.
South Upper only has single tickets left in G, H & I blocks and even the end blocks F & J are half full.
West Family Block R all but sold out and Block S half full (hardly any season ticket holders in that block last season)
Rest of West Stand showing up as fairly full as well.
We have even sold just over 200 Season tickets in the South Lower.

Anybody know the official figure so far? And how does this compare to the last few seasons and what attendances should we be expecting based of the amount of season tickets sold to ratio match day sales

Look like plenty of seats left in the East Reds for the Brighton game. Not all singles either.

Season tickets don't count for cup games though

Yep when you look at the Season Ticket section of on-line tickets there are only 15 seats available for the Red seats. Of course not all season ticket holders will want to go to Brighton game therefore you can buy that seat.
I was on about there wont be many on the day East Stand seats for League matches.

Very surprised how many we've sold in the last two weeks. Payday may have been a factor, but if the online ticket availability/ sales are correct then it looks very good for the coming season.

As TB said, we need a club update on sales.

Will be very surprised come the start of the season if we have sold around 3,500 season tickets:omg:

I'd hope for more than that. Anything over 4k would be a good turn out but 5k would be cracking.

I would have got one but have had other things to pay out for and have a crap credit rating so doubt I'd get to pay monthly.

Be interesting to see how much the match day prices will be.

havnt match day prices already been sorted at £23 on the day ?

Yep seems to good to be true but I have counted up the sold seats in the East Reds/Yellows/Greens/Blacks and that comes to about 1,930 Season Ticket holders in just the East Stand. Plus they always sell a few Season Tickets in the Blue seats which you cant check online.

Anyone else want to add up the South Stand & West Stand season ticket seats?

OK done the West Family Stand plus South Lower and that is about 941 seats sold so with the East Stand that is 2,871.

Just need someone to count up the South Upper and the rest of the West Stand.

Those figures are really promising there's no doubt about it. However a small fly in the sold-total-ointment could be that a simple count up may not correspond exactly to seaso ticket sales, because some seats could be either reserved for other reasons (such as commercial) or not actually on sale at all due to restricted view or something else like that...

No, they are selling restricted view tickets and yes they do hold back on sales like for example the East Blue section, but they do issue season tickets in the Blue seats. The areas have been filling up fast when it first went online there was no way as many sold as now.

At this rate there will only be single match tickets available East Stand for League matches and not many of those either. The South Upper and West Stand is pretty full in most blocks as well.

There wont be many decent seats left for people that want to pay on the day.

Just 97 seats left in the East Stand Yellow/Red/Green/Black seats and they are either mainly singles or restricted view seats.

Only 143 seats left in South Upper (not including the back row restricted view seats).

Only 161 seats left in West Family Blocks Q & R. Mainly at the back of Block Q

It wont be far off that at this rate. Its got to be about 5,000 at the moment.
Have you got a Season ticket this season Murkey?
Those 2,000 away tickets at Colchester on Boxing Day might be hard to get hold of.
ha ha if we get anywhere near 6k season tickets sold it will break all records and I will get a game, no more than 4k at tops and that's at a push:smile:
