Moncur dictates the pace of the game so well , when he wants to slow it down he just holds on and invites an Oldham player onto him and just pops it to a Southend player .
When he wants to speed things up he does so at his pace

BTW we are riding our luck here and would rather of kept the players we had for another 10 mins longer as we was comfortable
