Most painful defeat in a long time.

Well played to the southend fans who went tonight could hear them loud and clear.
 
I am deverstated. We were just 30 seconds from a great result and although that hurts we have to take a lot of positives and heart from a very good performance.

Lets really get behind the blues on friday so they know we are really behind them as we have been in the last 2 away games.
 
1-1 fair enough, fair enough they got a goal back i would of been over the moon with a draw, but a 94th goal is just unbelievable. i am so gutted, screw my life :@

2nd time in a couple of weeks I have felt sick as a shrimper, after the colchester/barrett incident.

Sounds like the lads put in a great shift. Now 1 of 2 things can happen, our confidence will be to low come the important March games and we will fail. Or the lads keep performing like this, work hard on the defence and we should manage to get enough points.
 
From what I heard tonight it has to be 4-4-2 from the start of every match, anything else just doesn't work.
