I presume this new service has made Blues TV redundant unless I am missing something.

Shame if the 3.00pm games are abroad only...obviously ways round it. However i fancy games further than 1.5 hours travelling will get far more revenue from streaming than those it stops travelling. This League 80% of clubs don't take many away ....bad move!

3pm kick off already on Live steaming in UK last Saturday anyway.

Logically but I'd noticed the point that Fatgrandad raised about a possible (renewal) charge before then too.

Yes, if that's all it seems hardly worth it. The verbal interviews are usually posted in text form anyway and if you've seen the whole game you might not want to revisit the 'highlights' every time!

Sadly others have reached that conclusion too espacially as the matches are live on BBB Essex.Personally I 'd prefer to trust that SUFC make (a little ) money from the service.

That's because the blackout isn't in place whilst the World Cup is on, after week we won't be able to stream 3pm matches on Saturday in the UK.

Looks like we both have to use a bit of ingenuity for streaming as yet again we are in Ireland but banned from being an overseas receiver of 3 pm matches!

But I take my hat off to him for driving up and down the country, in all weathers, regardless of how the team are performing and giving a balanced viewpoint to us all on SZ.

There is thought they might scrap the 3 pm blackout from summer 2024 - I expect if it has a significant effect on attendance it would be reinstated again pretty fast.
