Used it for the first time, all very straight forward. Looking forward to my first match of the season next weekend! See you in the Spread/South Upper.

Tried yesterday to order tickets for Barnet game and had to go through the registering process first. Every time I tried (several attempts) it told me to enter a valid date of birth. Now, I've only ever had the one birthday (unlike the Queen) and I can remember the date quite clearly, but the site wouldn't accept it, or any other date I then tried.
I e-mailed the club, and to their credit got back to me first thing this morning to say they have passed the problem on to their ticketing suppliers who run the website and that it is a new system and there are bound to be some glitches, but I can't help feeling that what with the problems we are having with Blues Player and now this, that these outside sources should know what they are doing by now as ours will not be the only club they are working with.
Thank God Ron knows what he is doing :winking:

If only.

Let us know if they turn up!

It would be great if it had an option for collection or delivery, irrespective of when you book. I'm guessing they're going to be posted for Saturday, however if I was already down in Essex then they'd be waiting for me up here in Sheffield! That option is the main improvement I can think off. Or even just take out postage and just have collection at the ground. Simples.

Hmmm.Went to the club shop saturday to get my season ticket changed to the correct row. They got out the super duper scanner printer thing. After 6 blank season tickets the poor lad gave up.My new one is in the post.....:stunned:

Leave in the postage option (as one of the attractions is not to have to go to the ticket office in person) but, as you suggest, give buyers the option of post or collect up to the cut off point and after the cut off point state clearly that it is collect only.

Not exactly rocket science.

Of course, if you select post you are gambling on whether the office staff actually post it or not.

But everyone can go to the shed on the north-east corner before the match kicks off?

I order online specifically to get them posted.

I live within walking distance of the ground and as such always turn up 10 minutes from kick off, I cant be bothered to have to grab tickets beforehand.

Option to post or pick up would be ideal and suits all.

Seriously ?

They got 3,200 in a league above us.

Can't seem to bring up payment details at the moment (might be my work pc) however the ticket I ordered for the Wycombe game arrived the next day.

Was that the next day from the game or the next day from ordering ?? :winking:

When I registered DOB was not a mandatory reply so I left it blank as I did with my landline and mobile - all worked and I have my tickets in my hot sweaty hands within a week of ordering
