How much does it actually cost to sponsor the shirts ?
Just at the moment, a bit less than usual I'd guess. Make him an offer.

...or Hi-Tec ? Dixons...that's a good choice......Dixons was the name of a family department store where WHSmith's is now. Charles Kalms and Michael Mindel from London opened a camera shop/studio down the bottom end of the High Street. They took the name from the Department store at the top end of the High Street as it was 6 letters long which is all they could fit over the door. Personally I would love Dixons....it's the D in GPD.

I think it was costing insure and go like 40k a season.
We're in League Two. It doesn't work like that; you don't get to choose your sponsor, they choose you :winking:
We need 1,000 people to pledge to buy a shirt if it doesn't have a garish advert on it, then we don't need a sponsor. I'm in, 999 to go....I think it was costing insure and go like 40k a season.

There was a great piece on director FVW in the Echo the other day, it stated in it that he was worth 80 million!!!! :stunned: I'd be quite happy with Hi Tec back :winking:
I work for Insure&Go and overheard a conversation regarding our sponsorship ending with Southend and they will not be renewing the deal!
So looks as though we getting a new sponsor. Any heads of who it will be?
Im sure we will get the usual Sainsbury remarks and spin on Ron.
Rather than start a new thread, does anybody know if the club still has an agreement with BetButler at all? The coverage we used to give them seems to stop in February.
It's been all SkyBet since they took title sponsorship of the Football League.
Ah, suspected it might have been down to BetButler circling the drain.
