Re a tweet from CP it appears its Cowan, this would be the first signing I would question. Not sure what he has to offer. In saying that all of PB signing so far look decent so probably should give him the benefit of doubt.

Cowan looks injury prone, but when fit he looks quick and strong which could turn out well for us. If it is a short term deal the only problem I have with it is that if we can only sign twenty perhaps we could have done better. If not reasonable squad player on cheap wages (hopefuly).

Interesting one this. On Saturday Corr was the target man charged with holding onto the ball until support arrived. Having, admittedly, only seen Cowan twice I do think this is something that he will bring to the team alongside his speed and also an eye for a useful pass. But score ??? Sturrock jnr would be viewed as being prolific alongside this guy !

Not see Cowan yet but he's cheap and he'll just be a back-up. He gives us something a bit different too, I think we have a nice balance to our forward line-up now (if he signs). It's another body, at the end of the day.

On a not unrelated not, I notice there hasn't been a team photo yet. Anyone know when it's gonna be? I guess they're waiting for our transfer business to be finished.

No worries, will be interesting to see what will happen there. I heard that the reason more discussions are needed is because it could be a permanent move instead of a loan and a pay-off will be necessary but we'll see.

Fingers crossed we can bring him in as I think he'll do really well at this level and complement the other forwards we already have.
