Why would they propose that option to the club and then try to persuade them NOT to choose that?

They wouldn't have. I'd hazard a guess this could be a clearance shirt as Nike have changed the shade of yellow to a bit darker and there's still a cartload of the older shade left.

So in short. The cheapest, most vile option available.

Can you imagine the rumpus if we had overspent on shirts when we can't afford to pay players? The club would have been criticised for NOT going for the cheapest.

Why are we announcing the new home kit today with ****ing white socks !!!! , Looks absolutely stupid , all the way through pre-season ive been saying how classy the new kit looks in all navy and how it gives off a strong brand identity . and now they have gone a ruined with some stupid Sunday league outfit

We wore white socks last year, surely if we are building a "brand", whatever that is, then we should stick with white socks.

I personally thing all blue is far too dull anyway, and changing odd bits of the kit does no harm whatsoever. Arsenal probably have the strongest "brand" image wise and they change their socks from time to time.

The new on-line store was launched today, and this is training shirt is on sale. Looks beautiful if you ask me, why couldn't we have it as one of our kits?

Because that would be too sensible, and would make us all happy, and they would sell shop loads.

Wouldnt make me happy, dont like it

Thats the problem with shirts, you will never please everyone with whatever shirt you choose. However thats no excuse for having the dullest home shirt on the planet...
