I don't think it's any of the Wiltshire ones, thought it might be Kilburn, but he has 4 legs shown. Bit stumped, looks a bit neglected though - please tell me you haven't trawled up one of the Tan Hill one which doesn't exist anymore?

Thats water. To gve you a clue, the 18000 pound globe is floating on a 1/8 of an inch of water constantly. This means you can actually turn the globe by hand.
