Ok blame Martin, but what about Corr and Barnard and Timlin. Brown was doing well earlier in the season but clubs have sussed us out. Our defence is in tatters without Prosser. Clifford is a liability at best and poor old Freddy looks finished. Brown has had long enough and support from Martin to do better than an iffy 7th place.

Shows what a terrible league this is. 9 without a win and still in the play-offs. With just moderate form we would have been guaranteed play offs and still within a shout of automatic. Cant see where out next win is coming from though

Southend has always been a club that haemorrhaged money. Martin is only different in that we have increased debt to get the stadium.

He does at least care about the club - Why else would he put his house up for mortgage again?

That's exactly what a friend of mine said last September after we'd lost at home to Scunthorpe.He should know as he sits in the DB and speaks to the chairman fairly regularly.

Personally, I happen to think the chairman only cares about the club as a means of securing his investment in FF.

We were on a winning streak before xmas when we were under an embargo. We are out of the embargo due to some of the work RM has done. We are losing games now not due to RM, but for other reasons. Be objective when replying.

This is SUFC we're talking about.The club I've supported since I was a boy.Personally, I find it hard to be objective when there's a good chance of us going out of business in the not too distant future.

Blame flying about everywhere, lest we not forget, if the players were good enough nothing else would matter. The players aren't meeting the challenge at the moment and whilst I acknowledge some of this blame is at the manager's door, the players need to take some of the blame here.

Totally agree ... this current first eleven are not doing it , so why not give others the chance..... maybe someone who is really hungry can be given the chance....
