Petterfer, whoever he is, may well be crap. However, Pettefer was the only ever-present in the side that won promotion and got to a cup final. He also can't really be described as a winger, he tucks in to allow Duncan Jupp to attack, plus does more than his fair share of defending, effectively making him a third central midfielder
