I wouldn't take the Rubens over Martin . My recollection of the Rubens era is that it was not a good one. We didn't see him throwing money at Vic Jobson to buy the club years ago.
 
I think ultimately the Rubins will at some stage be involved at the club again . The problem is they dont want to pay for the club nor do they want to deal with Ron martin . For the short term i cant see anything happening.

Personally it would be great to see a change of management and with the club on its knees it would have been a great time for them to come in. I think Ron martin would have sunk the club rather than sell or walk away.

Bit of a stalemate at the moment. Only way out is for Ron to build the ground and development make his money and then leave the club.

Unfortunately we are a very long way from all that

Bump. was this really 10 years ago when the Rubins made a poor PR friendly attempt at buying RM out.
