Not even close between those 2.Kevin Bond has his own thread if you want to talk about him
What’s Harry Redknapp got to do with this? Not even close between those 2.
One kept us up in a league and the other took sent into non-league with some of the most negative sad tactics ever.
Dick Bate anyone?Worst manager we’ve had.
Bond was worse, he gave us a brief bit of hope the season before but turned out to not have a clue how to fix the problems he spotted in the clubDick Bate anyone?
Sol Campbell was worseWorst manager we’ve had.
Seemed an horrific character but had the young lads (some who now play part time) playing some really decent stuff in L1Sol Campbell was worse
To be fair to him, he did actually spot all the problems at the club but he was roundly mocked when he said it would take 4 or 5 transfer windows to sort it out.Bond was worse, he gave us a brief bit of hope the season before but turned out to not have a clue how to fix the problems he spotted in the club
True but he also did nothing about the situation we were in .. hands down one of the the worst managers we’ve ever had in my opinion. To be fair to him, he did actually spot all the problems at the club but he was roundly mocked when he said it would take 4 or 5 transfer windows to sort it out.
Up until the regime change no manager has.[

The original 3 AmigosBond, Campbell and Molesley are the trio from hell.
Bit heavy handed mate? Hardly squabbling, But fair enough.Back on topic please. Mark Molesley that is, not a squabble over who was our worst ever manager. Any more off topic posts will be deleted.
Have you checked National League South table I wouldn’t wish him on them they have enough problems without him adding to them.Bit heavy handed mate? Hardly squabbling, But fair enough.
His days have to be numbered there. I think if Molesley is to succeed he needs to go backwards to go forwards, stop taking the jobs at struggling efl teams with bad financial setups and iffy chairmen and stay at more solid clubs like weymouth and prove himself again.
He succeeded there before and his fans still respect him and recently there were calls for him to be approached to take over (presumably they could see the problems at Aldershot too). Info from my friend in Dorset.Have you checked National League South table I wouldn’t wish him on them they have enough problems without him adding to them.
Not forgetting Dick Bate and Colin Murphy.Kevin Bond has his own thread if you want to talk about him
If I was a Aldershot supporter god forbid I’d be praying they get their wish I’d even pay for the taxi.He succeeded there before and his fans still respect him and recently there were calls for him to be approached to take over (presumably they could see the problems at Aldershot too). Good call, but it's still the PE Teacher for me.Dick Bate anyone?
