England game is definitely off.

As for the Orient crowd, it may or may not be affected. Contrary to earlier in this thread, there has been trouble in Leyton, but then again few Orient fans live there. On the flip side, this is all coming as a massive, depressing shock to everyone I'm speaking to; people are going to be less keen to leave their families too. Imagine there'll be fewer than expected.

if its called off its called off not much we can do about it just have to wait and see what transpires tomorrow in the light of day

England game is definitely off.

BBC Sport understands that the Football Association will hold a routine meeting with police on Tuesday over England's friendly with the Netherlands.

Seems the BBC are reporting that no actions has been taken to cancel the game as yet

Police ordering all London matches too be cancelled. Whether we fall into that category remains too be seen...

Looters able to rob a Debenhams for nearly 2 hours in Clapham without any Police intervention.

Chalk Farm now, motorists being attacked in cars by hooded gangs,

Could London be shut down with a curfew over the next few nights??

Yup, but there's no way on earth the police are going to spare the manpower to attend the game. They've ordered all games in London to be called off. Can't even imagine the backlash if a football game was on with 400 coppers while parts of the capital burn.

Huge fire in Waltham Abbey, could be a Sainsburys depot. Live pictures on BBC news 24 mind you they are saying Waltham Abbey is in Buckinghamshire!!
BBC now saying its a Sony Depot in Watham Abbey or it could be Waltham Cross.

It shouldn't be a problem, there's no history of major violence between the 2 sets of fans so it shouldn't require much more policing than a normal game. Leytonstone isn't one of the affected areas. And fingers crossed things will be a bit calmer tomorrow. Let's hope.

Don't really know your history off the field do you

I so we look forward to this way of life, for the future of our country taht we live in, Lawless Britain takes a step further up the rung. Over crowded under educated, under policed.......... Welcome to the begining of marshall law

Just off the phone to Dave Jobson game will be ON

Just heard that Bournemouth v Daggers is off - presumably because Daggers had some Met Police travelling to the game. Wonder if our game will be affected for the same reason. Appreciate that Dave Jobson says it will be on, but if the police say they can't police it tonight then that surely is out of his control?
