Spoke with lee sawyer at training today told him we all love him here, he said it should be confirmed today hopefully / tommorow.Spoke to mr sturrock to i can only this.I had a good chat with lee,.I new a little time ago it could be on.

As i said i had a long chat with him today at the trainning ground he wanted to be back hear as he said he never got a start last time and always came on and played well but never started.Hes shown us in his heart where he wanted to be on this return,that says it all for me. Whot a lovely lad to talk to, he cant be as bad as people suggest.Ive been in touch at woking and several people have said the same to me. Lee sawyer another southend ledgen 2011.

I am too, glad to see him back, I hope he can show us what he can do in attacking midfield - he one of few players for Southend Utd who can get into my 2nd team "Legia" side as he have the talent to play at highest level.

The lad lee is over the moon hes signed a contract with southend utd.He will be flying mark my words,as i have always said about him hes a rare talent.
