Another silly sacking. He's only been there 14th months, although that might be considered a long time for a manager these days! They're 13th in League One, maybe their expectations are too high after what Howe did there. Seems like off-the-field issues played as much of a part as on-field, though.

Not sure how much cash they've got, but the £1 million + they spent on Tubbs tells me expectations would be play offs minimum for a league 1 club throwing that kind of cash about. Still a shame though.

At this stage of the season though just who else are they expecting to get in to drastically turn things around? Can they still mathmatically make the play offs?

Shame, I was hoping it would work out for him. Always liked him when he was with us. It's all because they have money now and another power hungry chairman.

I thought that Fred would be off the Bournemouth at the end of the season cos of Bradders but am now confident Fred will sign at the end of the season!

I think the man to go for would be Devo, I think he's done a great job at Braintree, also out of contract at the end of the season. :winking:

Signed a new contract last week until June 2013.

Also what's this thing that certain people have about Paul Clark?. The guy hasn't worked in football for the last 10 years, sitting in a commentary box on a Saturday afternoon doesn't qualify him to boss the Blues.
