Quick question, if we go into administration and receive the points deduction, will it count this season, or the start of next season? I've always assumed it would be this season, but i heard that it could possibly be next...

It would count this season I believe if we incurred it now.

The rule change was to stop clubs who were already relegated taking the points deduction at the end of a season & therefore nullifying it's effect. I think it's something along the lines of, any club going into administration in the last 8 weeks of the season will have the 10 point penalty held in abeyance & then the timing decided by the FL based on it's appropriateness.
