And my respone to this kind of knee jerk reaction is, who do we replace him with and as we have no money this will achieve nothing.

We are living in a throaway society when as soon as something does not go your way you want to ditch it and get something new.

Anyway, who would you get in? This normally gets the reaction "Oh anyone has got to be an improvement!" Names please.

Its quite clear the team is playing second fiddle to this new stadium, 22000 all seater stadium in league 2 wont be great will it, Ron sort the team out before its too late.

Our team is a mixture of poor loan players and players who are simply not good enough at this level and a manager that needs to grow a pair and tell it like it is instead of blaming it on luck every other match.

Erm.................... What 'bout August, September, October and November. We haven't won a league game IIRC since something like October 27th against Leeds .

Our team is cr*p at the moment we are relying on loan players (and most of them aren't that good), Tilson is clueless and the players are just not responding.

As I have posted previously IMO Tilson has been our best ever Manager his record proves this he has however gone stale at the club on probably needs a new challenge! His recent transfers have mostly been very poor and I believe now is the time to bring in a new Manger that will revitalise the club.

I would love to be proved wrong - I posted something similar this time last year and was made to look a fool!

Some of you have just been spoiled in recent years. A couple of trips to the LDV, a promotion, a title, beating Man U, play offs and the first sign of it going wrong and you're banging on about this and that.

Anyone remember some of the posts on here on 1st January 2008 after a home defeat against Bristol Rovers where the team were utterly gutless and Macca was booed? You all remember what happened after that. A couple of smart transfer moves, we took off and were damn near unbeatable for months. That's football.

So yes, we are poor at the moment. We lack depth, but I've faith in Tilson to work within the parameters he is set to bring in either players on a permanent basis (as he did with Barney, Walker and Revs a year ago) or to get in quality loan players as he has more times than I care to remember.

I think you'll find George Burley is currently managing Scotland and Sturrock is at Plymouth.

With the exception of Simpson and Cotterill (neither of whom I really want here) the rest are well out of our league as far as wages go.
