One big difference in the teams is they have players who can pass the ball. I cant name one of our central players who I would say is creative and good at passing the ball.

right, this is my first post/opinion/thought of SUFC since the crewe game (im still heartbroken tbh) finally we seem to have added some pace to the team, long overdue imo. Happy with the two signings today a couple more (CM ball player and freddy) will do nicely

We dont need a player that can pass a ball. Please remember we play a hoof ball game now under P.S.

Maybe if we had said ball player then this would change. Timlin's passing in the second half of the season was often woeful and so the jury's still out on whether he can be our playmaker so IMO we should be looking for this.

In the latter part of the season we actually played far more on the deck than hoofball and became the on form side in the last 6 games. Certainly every home game after Freddy came back we played some decent stuff. It was only the Crewe games that we reverted to a more direct style, more out of desperation at times.
