A mobile targetman who has scored one goal every three games in L1 at Plymouth, Rotherham and Ipswich. What do these clubs see in him?
He wasn’t terrible - I thought he was very impressive as a targetman. When he was with us he was terrible with 0 goals in 10 games. But to be fair he took off after us, scoring 18 in 45 games for Plymouth, 34 in 104 for Rotherham, and 19 in 63 for Ipswich.
Or your a poor judge of players xIncredible! One of the most over-rated players I’ve ever seen
Since leaving us this is only his 5th club, 2 of which he struggled with only once he helped get them promoted into the Championship (and he definitely did help, he was top scorer for Rotherham's promotion season and second top scorer for Ipswich's) but found the championship was a bridge too far. It's not like he lost this place because he'd bought the club down, he lost his place because the club was successful and he couldn't step up.Nah, stand by my comment…..journeyman forward who’s been at a load of clubs (wonder why)
10 games is generous. Some players get written off after their first game.Amazing how people are judging his whole career from 10 games with us six years ago.
10 games, of which 3 were starts. One those 3 starts one was a Tuesday night game away at Bury in front of under 3000 fans so well done if you went to that one.Amazing how people are judging his whole career from 10 games with us six years ago.
