Finished 299-7 so will declare overnight as I can't see us making the 4th batting point and even if we did it would take an age and use up valuable bowling overs.

I close on 423-4 after batting for the full 110 overs. Raven batted the entire day, so wont be bowling at all, which is a bit of a bummer. However, i'll continue to bat on until im on about 550 and see how quickly i can reach and then hope to bowl them out twice as dont want to bat on the third day if its going to be bowler friendly conditions!

Opps bowled out for 77 including 5 wickets for 8 in 15 overs for Blinkers. Currently 173-5 in response. Need full batting points to keep up with #1. Mckie, unsurprisingly, is 76 not out. Still have three batsmen so hopefully of getting there today.

They made a brisk start but two wickets in two overs has given us something to work with. Gooneratne is the one to get, 210k BTR of pure batsman.

These are there main 2 bats and after that its a rather long tail. My quick runs aim didn't really work as Cook & Raven fell in the first 2 overs of the day!! Tomorrow is partially cloudy and humid for definete so i'd imagine there will be a result. What score will they need to avoid the follow-on?! 283?!

Am toiling against their 2 good batsmen.

With his joke bowlers, I can now rack up the runs and set a big declaration target for the final day, in humid conditions, with his only two batsmen knackered.

Finally made the breakthrough, now need to get through this tail post haste.

End of Over 80 (1 runs). Moss Side CC: 234-5, runrate=2.93

Juries 9 (9 balls)

Last Wicket: Gray c. Sinethemba b. Middleton 0 (FOW: 236/6)

Annoying runs added by Juries but Suthers sorts it out. Need to get the last couple then see what we can add in the remaining overs in the sun.

88.2 W Sutherland to Hayter
Out, leg before wicket. An off cutter raps Hayter on the pad and he didn't have much hope of surviving a convincing appeal.
88.1 W Sutherland to Juries
Juries calls him through, but now he's sent his partner back. Easy run out for Mcleod.

End of Over 88 (6 runs). Moss Side CC: 272-6, runrate=3.09
Trail by 27 runs. (ShrimperZone CC 299-7 dec)
Overs left today: 22

EDIT: Ok, that didn't take long!

End of Over 90 (Maiden, 1lb). Moss Side CC: 273-10, runrate=3.03
Trail by 26 runs. (ShrimperZone CC 299-7 dec)
Overs left today: 20
Plummer 14-1-41-2
Clegg* 73 (137 balls)

89.4 W Plummer to Boyce
What was that? Dear, oh dear, Boyce. Tries to pull a short lifter, gets it bang on the splice and lofts the easiest catch in the history of the world straight to mid on.
89.3 W Plummer to Nugent
Lamey ducks away from a flying stump as Nugent swings big, misses and that is clean bowled.
