The difference being that I've done more for the NHS than a trainee nurse but not an actual nurse??? I'm confused

No, you said earlier that she was a nurse so she'd done more for the NHS than you, and I'm suggesting that because she's only a trainee, the NHS is probably doing more for her. Obviously that depends what level she's at, I had friends train as nurses and they were in nurses' digs, drunk most nights in the early stages. I may be assuming wrongly, but I'd have thought if she was too far into her training she wouldn't be woofing down those sort of meals, and that her weight would have been mentioned as a potential obstacle in her choice of career. She's never going to be able to lift anything heavier than a pillow is she?

No patients are meant to get lifted, its called manual handling. Hoists and other moving devices are used. The largest majority of nurses sick time is due to bad backs where they have lifted patients in the past, so new guidelines have stopped nurses from lifting.

way i see it,

if any of us were there when they added the ingredients would you buy it?

or if you knew the person touching the food had just had a severe dump and not washed their hands would you buy/eat it?

years ago had an argument in the pub regarding would you allow your small kids to swim in the sea ,most of the blokes said yes, when i explained would they allow their kids to swim in a large tank which had excrement/urine/chemicals they all said no,at this time the sea was the same dirty scenario.
