Driving through Rayleigh high street towards Hockley. Massive traffic jam. People form the pub at the top of the hill all out on the pavement.
Long story short, what I gathered form these people and the old bill, a bloke in a volvo had driven the wrong way down the high street. Hit a car and turned round. Got back to the lights by the church and stopped.
Someone from the pub took his car keys and caused a near total roadblock. People could just about squeeze through on the kerb. When I got thee the old bill had turned up. The bloke wouldnt get out of the car so they dragged him out, he resisted so they handcuffed him and dragged him to the floor. Moved his car and away we went.
Very strange.
