Ticket News FA Trophy 3rd Round Draw - Brentwood Town (A) - Sat 7th Dec TICKETS SOLD OUT

There are three former Blues youngsters in that Brentwood squad. As well as Marlon Agyawkwa, a winger who played 49 times and scored six goals between 2011 and 2013 for the U18s, and Taylor Curran, who appeared 47 times and scored twice from the centre of defence between 2016 and 2018, Benas Vaivada made six appearances for the U18s as they won the EFL Youth Alliance Merit League One in 2018/19.

Brentwood have just signed another ex Shrimper. Lyle Della-Verde.
He was on the bench tonight versus Grays Athletic.
Result: Brentwood Town 1 Grays Athletic 5. att 252.

Also spotted on the back of the programme that the kick off for our match is 1pm.

A rumour tonight is that it will kick off at 1pm. Capacity limited to 1500 with 15% going to us. No segregation in place
1pm KO, 225 tickets on an open terrace with no steps, next to a load of gobby Hammers, 40 mins walk from the nearest station/civilisation. What's not to like?!

Rather pay for a stream or watch a beamback. Neither I guess will happen. In which case this will be a hard swerve.

13:00 is actually great for me, because I could just drive there (I have an eye condition which prohibits me from driving in the dark) but the low amount of tickets will no doubt mean a no-go anyway...

For a team that only gets 250ish fans per game, I was wondering where they’d gain an extra thousand from.

But I’ve seen that West Ham, Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea all play on the following day, so they might get that extra day-tripping support afterall.

As @Smiffy says, standing on a flat terrace, next to 14-year old prem fans giving it the biggun, fun day out.
