R1 ??

We've been quite successful in reaching the third round. Since 1907/8, we've been in the third round draw 37 times (inc when we were in the Championship.)

We've made the fourth round 12 times and the fifth round four times, the last time in 2013/4.

The 1950s were our best period - reaching the fifth round in 1951/2, and the fourth round in 1955/6 and 1956/7. The 1980s were a dire decade.

17 different players have scored a hat-trick - Best and Johnson both scored 5 in a (different) game, and Moore and Garner scored 4 in a (different) game.

The last player to have scored a hat-trick in a FA Cup game was Cadette.

FA Cup draws - an early history.

1909/10
Drawn away to Gainsborough in the First Round, who we beat in a replay at home, then drawn at home in the 2nd Round to QPR, who beat us in a replay.
1910/11
Drawn away to Blackburn who thrashed us 5-1
1911/12
didn't qualify
1912/13
Drawn away to Chelsea who thrashed us 5-2
1913/4
Drawn away to Birmingham who beat us 2-1
1914/5
Drawn away to Bristol Rovers, who we took to a replay and beat them 3-0. 2nd round, we were thrashed 6-0 at Burnley
1919/20
Drawn away to Sheffield United, who beat us 3-0

Our first home FA Cup draw was not until 1920/1 at our 7th attempt, when we drew Eccles and beat them 5-1. We then drew Blackpool and beat them 1-0, but lost 4-1 at home to Spurs in the 3rd round. Spurs would go onto win the FA Cup.

C’mon Naps, you’ve got over a century to go.

Also I really liked Russell Williamson in the early 00s Shane we didn’t give him more of a go.

Bloody hell, that guy called none sure banged in a few. How old is he now?

38 wins, 25 draws and 43 defeats is my record.
My record reads 32 wins,19 draws,41 defeats—- which is truly awful as :
I have seen nearly twice as many at home than away.
We’ve faced far more clubs from a lower level than higher.

Nice bit of research, but you know what they say about age?
You remember the colour of your first girlfriend's eyes, but not what you had for breakfast!
That 1965 first round win against Notts Co was at home - not away. Mel Slack's opener was in off the right upright at the South Stand end (then terrace) after 55 seconds.
Now, if I could only transfer this trivia to something useful, lol....
