Whatever people's opinions on it, i'm more annoyed at the fact that, after throwing away a win in the last minute, Kevin Maher was even allowed back out of the dressing room after he'd got there. Tilly should have shut the door and kept them in there for an hour to teach them a lesson. He certainly shouldn't let his captain wonder off willy nilly to pick a fight.

Maher is a quality player. I cant believe how his so heavily criticized. Great passer of the ball and offers a lot to the game.

As for shouting at a fan very unprofessional on mahers part but he was probably just caught up in the moment and the same for the fan who shouted.

Agreed. On the Promotion to the Championship DVD Terry Alderton said that Tilly dosnt shout at the players he just tells them if they could prehaps get a bit tighter or make more runs etc. I think the boys need a kick up the ar*e from time to time.

The players probably just think argh we lost we will sort it out. Imagine going back in to the changing room with some like Sir Alex or Martin Allen they would have gone mental!

I think tilly needs to stop this Mr Nice Guy act and go on a mad one when we lose games that Should of been wrapped up :fury:
