Dunno about Mo but Jess Ennis has to be a contender for Olympic Gold in London next year after that performance (mind you, she probably already was). Only 8 points off Denise Lewis's British and Commonwealth Heptaphalon record, and she breezed the 800. And set a Liftime Best in the Javelin.

Great night for the GB team, an almost unnoticed team bronze for the womens marathon, Michael Rimmer was unlucky to be pipped on the line in the 800m. Top stuff from Greene & Williams, and Mo Farah was dominant, although the Kenyans & Ethiopians will provide tougher opposition in the future. And the evening topped off by the lovely Jessica Ennis.
Hopefully a couple more medals today, Lisa Dobriskey in the 1500m and the mens 4 x 400m relay team should at least make the podium.
