Email to Stewarts Law - Insolvency Team - Petition adjourned until 15th May.

The AfL will likely take a couple more weeks to complete, and then that might need some sort of sign-off, though I'm not sure what form that sign-off would take.

Perhaps they could hold the signing in a railway carriage in the Compiegne Forest?

Or, failing that, in a caravan in Belfairs Woods.

Justin, Tony Cox and Ron.

*disclaimer - just realised in hindsight that this looks like I'm comparing Ron Martin to a murderous despot. That wasn't the intention. Simply made a comparison between the AfL being signed and the Yalta Conference. Please feel free to delete if it offends.

Think you’re alright: Stalin’s dead so won’t sue.

I believe the special cabinet on 29th April will be to scrutinise the report from the due diligence, provided its on course to complete on time.

If the due diligence report recommends that the council progress the deal and the special cabinet gives that recommendation the ok, then they can move onto the Agreement for Lease stage.

I do find it extraordinary that not one of the parties can provide clarity on the process- surely not beyond the wit of those involved to put it into simple plain English. You might guess right but surely Captain Gibberish could have made it clear..

Court Appearance tomorrow?
