Very sad. The first time I saw the Damned he had already left and was portrayed as someone who had betrayed the group.

However, I thought that in the end, the Damned became a better band without him.

I finally saw him play with the Damned on the original line up tour in 2022. He did not look a well man and I suspect the tour was to help him out financially. But without him the Damned would never existed.

I saw the Damned at Crocs also, 83 I think. My mate suggest we leave the pub opposite to go over to Crocs, I said no, we will follow over Scabies and Sensible when they leave, as they were at the bar in front of us and they weren't going to start without them!

Actor Gene Hackman and his wife have been found dead at their home in Santa Fe, New Mexico, police have said.

A terribly sad affair going by the latest reports. Apparently, his wife died about a week before him. With his advanced Alzheimer's it is speculated he might not have known she had died. Both died of natural causes.

Hackman was a great actor. And even when he went from lead to supporting actor he often outshone the star!
