Oh dear, you are probably right, lots of Premiership scouts will be watching then!!

It would be best to field a strong line-up for this match. Success in this competition can kick-start more interest in the club. In many ways the final in 2004 was the start for the great seasons that followed. People who had stayed away for years started to come back and the extra revenue gained is crucial for a club like ours in dire straits financially.
Obviously promotion from this awful division is the priority but the JPT gives us our other realistic chance of some success.

For goodness sake - give it a rest.

Dagenham East. Turn left out the station and its a few hundred yards down.

As Smiffy said the best place for a beer is the away end, as doesnt appear to be much in the way of boozers around that area (alternatively Barking is a good place for a beer).

dag east nearest tube station, out the station turn left about 600 yards on the left ,the only pub near there is boarded up.

It looks like the away end backs onto a park (Pondfield Park) - is the footpath through to the ground from there open or does it have a locked gate? Thinking of parking around there and walking through.

If not where else is good/safe to park?

That's a shame that the local pub has closed although not great on my last visit it was close to the ground.
May have a drink in Upminster now.

 it's also a good place to get stabbed

Thanks CB....

See y'all in the away end.

Hour and a half from Rayners Lane to Dagenham East on the tube :stunned:

Be good to see him again and I'm sure he'll get a warm reception.

Sounds like Daggers have an injury crisis as well...

One player definitely missing tonight is striker Sam Williams, who limped off the field shortly after scoring against Crewe and looks set to be out for a number of weeks.
Josh Scott, Luke Howell, Rob Edmans, Medy Elito and Dominic Green will also miss tonight’s match, while James Shea and Scott Doe are doubtful
