Bad times. Got a bad feeling that Leeds will go in for him. Hopefully this is spark a bidding war with the price over a tad over the top. No pressure on Scott Spencer to fill his boots!

Leeds have the money and no disrespect to Barney they will probably be looking at bigger targets, but that could just be me being hopeful that he dosent leave :(

Can't see either happening to be honest. Hopper is in a championship team who are just outside the relegation zone at the moment with a good chance of staying up. Billy Sharpe is back at Doncaster (who are midtable in the championship) and is enjoying his football again. They are both at championship teams and would see leeds as a step down (no offence to leeds, but they are a league one team that aren't guaranteed promotion).

A fine player yes but I would say that he isn't that pacey, not devastating in the air and not that skilful a la Freddy.

Could you not have said the same thing about Gary Lineker? Or the modern Michael Owen?

Leeds are a massive club compared to those two and will be in the championship next year.

Hooper in particular would be mad not to want to move from Scunthorpe to Leeds.
