Easily done it would seem!

At no point did i slag them off. If you had had your name spelt wrong would you have said nothing??
So who is slagging anyone off then??????????????
If you had read my post's you'd have seen that i actually praised the shop for their apologetic manner and the way they actually dealt with the issue. At no point did i slag them off. If you had had your name spelt wrong would you have said nothing??
I have highlighted the point you chose to avoid!
i give up! i'm now officially bored of this thread!:headbang:
No please don't avoid the facts:-
Do you want 10% money back now or 5% after you have spent your money?
5% is fine by me as i stated before and the other 5% that i now don't get can go in the SUFC coffers to keep Matt Harrold!

Cutting. I'm hurt and now feel intellectually inferior.
point stands though, the 10% of the holiday statement makes no sense.
I can understand why season ticket holders are feeling short changed, but the addition of getting points from things such as booking holidays, or buying stuff from Play, HMV and the likes strikes me as a really good idea. Perhaps the two ideas should have been run separately, accepted, but there are quite a few positives to take from the team card scheme.
Your other 5% goes to teamcard instead of your pocket!
Please do not feel inferior!
Again -
Do you want 10% off your purchase now or have to spend more money to get 5% off your next purchase???
lol, I'll try not to feel inferior anymore. I'll hold my hands up and admit I'm not a season card holder, and never have been, due to the fact my kids football stops me getting down to Roots Hall as often as I'd like. I do however spend a fair bit of money on CDs and books, and therefore as a team card member, I'm getting points for something that I didn't use to, and I certainly have never got any form of discount on those items.
As I said, I can see why those who used to get the 10% off things from the club shop would be annoyed, but I still like the idea of the team card scheme, as it means that I'll get a few quid of the kits I end up buying for my 10 year old each year!
I feel two systems could exist easily - however the club went for teamcard at the disadvantage of the fans and 'shelved' the STH's 10% - IMO.
All this 10% off this, teamcard that,it's just a load of old tosh anyhow.
If i want a new replica shirt or a sufc keyring then i'll go and buy one.Fact is,everything in there is way overpriced anyhow and always will be the case for the long-suffering folk who follow a football team in their spare time.
I think there should be a case where a discount is given if you spend say £70 upwards in the shop or online, quite frankly owning a season ticket shouldn't have any bearing on a discount(yes,i'm a seaso).
Come the day when we get into Europe and there is a long waiting list for a season ticket and no tickets on the day for games, will you still expect your 10% in the shop?
The best deal the club can have for us is cheap matchday and season cards for the younguns,'cos that's the way most start out as a Shrimper!! The aim is to benefit the club for years to come and bottoms on seats pays wages.
The kids for a quid days are great though Dash
Take your point & that's great for the occasional fan (couple of games a season?) but taking the family regular like has become more expensive - I feel this could be the last season my family can go and we go as cheap as possible.
True.Isn't the season tiket just £50 for a sprog though,as i thought about taking my 4-yr old twins untill i realised i'd miss the only day of the week to have a sneaky beer!!
