BT - OD Match 10

End of Over 28: 116-1, runrate=4.14
Rennie 4-0-15-1
Robbins* 38 (91 balls)
Carlisle 0 (3 balls)
Last Wicket: Dobson c. Thay b. Rennie 71 (FOW: 116/1)

Rennie has got the big one. Need to turn the screw now, another one would be nice. Carlisle is their best batsman so it'd be nice to get him quick.

All over here, late call-up Petty cleaning up the tail. Very, very pleased with that.

The players are off the field for the break between innings.

End of Over 29: 115-10, runrate=3.97
Petty 7-0-29-4
Penford* 54 (66 balls)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Big 10 overs coming up for Mrs BB, Mohammed and York should wrap things up fairly quickly in the last 10, so she needs to get through this spell without going for a few.

DIBS DIPPERS v Nineone ACC

DIBS DIPPERS won the toss and elected to field.
Pitch: Uneven

End of Over 30: 139-5, runrate=4.63
Eagles 10-2-30-3
Clare* 3 (14 balls)
Beck 63 (65 balls)

Last Wicket: Denham c. Stride b. Eagles 5 (FOW: 132/5)

I'm getting a thrashing, no way I'll make this score against their uber bowlers.

End of Over 35: 138-4, runrate=3.94
Horrigan 6-1-18-0
Hodges* 81 (91 balls)
Blakeman 7 (8 balls)

Last Wicket: Wilding c. Askew b. Saxby 40 (FOW: 131/4)

This is turning into possibly my worst performance since I got to grips with the game. Opps cantering along at 6 an over, no wickets down, missed stumpings, blind and deaf umpires and all on a dusty track. It is almost too painfull to watch. I can't see me getting anywhere remotely near what is likely to be a 350+ score. Playing top next week so with NRR being decimated I may yet end up having to survive a playoff.

Rattling along here, fat-boy justifying my praise from earlier in the week.

Ashampstead v BATTY SHRIMPERS

BATTY SHRIMPERS won the toss and elected to field.

Kopano 4-0-25-0
Evelyn* 10 (9 balls)
Ricketts 36 (39 balls)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Little bit of a partnership devloping here, but Mrs BB msut be confident of winning this

DIBS DIPPERS v Nineone ACC

DIBS DIPPERS won the toss and elected to field.

York 10-1-33-1
Beck* 86 (92 balls)
Chapman 7 (16 balls)

Last Wicket: Todd Hit Wicket b. York 2 (FOW: 150/7)

And that's the end of the match. Pettefershire CCC won by 9 wickets.
Farchurch 61-10
Pettefershire CCC 62-1

End of Over 11: 62-1, runrate=5.64
Gerber 5-0-26-1
Barnes* 19 (25 balls)
Harmison 28 (27 balls)

My game is all over and has been for a while! Bowled them out for 60 odd in 25 overs with Guy, Raven, Titterton and Jackman all taking wickets. Browne and Titterton got the runs within 8 overs and a nice 10 wicket win whilst TIE'ing!

I knew that, I just couldn't read the message.

Guy with a career average of 2 has just hit Hot Rod for 9 runs. This is going very badly.

End of Over 44: 192-5, runrate=4.36
Horrigan 10-1-41-0
Spring* 11 (8 balls)
Hodges 105 (119 balls)

End of Over 47: 200-10, runrate=4.26
Cook 8-0-51-4
Hodges* 108 (123 balls)

Going to be chasing 250+ on a green pitch on a humid day. Not overly impressed with my bowling performance today.

End of Over 50: 294-3, runrate=5.88
Collymore 10-0-77-1
Clemence* 6 (3 balls)
Gooding 107 (107 balls)

Last Wicket: Gittens Run Out 131 (FOW: 287/3)

Chaseable as they have worse bowlers.

End of Over 50: 249-2, runrate=4.98
Sipho 10-1-51-0
Carlisle* 59 (66 balls)
Mccready 47 (27 balls)
Last Wicket: Robbins c. Thikhathali b. Rennie 62 (FOW: 171/2)

250 to win. Disappointed slightly as a 3rd wicket would have caused a collapse.
