A fairly comfortable win in the end which it should of been but the weather no doubt played it's part. Nice for Bim to get a hatrick and it sounds like Wind is a real find for us. The first half wasn't much and i think fitness in the second took it's toll on Brentwood and we stepped up and took advantage. I don't think conceding 3 will please Kev much.

Over to you guys.

After going a goal down so early feared the worse but once we got control only one team was going to win. Please for Bim for his hat trick and for AP and Wind making their mark

4th round will be on Saturday 4 January 2025.

Draw I presume will take place Monday afternoon around 3:15pm on Talksport

Well done lads. Onwards and upwards. It's a shame that we haven't got any money, we could sign a couple of those Brentwood players....

As @Smiffy stated in the match thread it might be an idea to take a good look at Ogunleye.

Nice to get the win but it was expected, and with a strong squad out you would have also expected to score 4, 5, 6 or more.

On reflection though two things would be a concern. Bonne still cannot score, even against a lot lower opposition and rightly he'll be judged on that. The other concern would be that we leak goals like a collinder in a shower. It's of no surprise Kev is targeting a central defender and a striker. Nice to win against anyone, but areas to address if we're going to progress this season.
